Abraham Perez wins IBA world title, Live results!

Abraham ‘Hammer’ Perez is the new IBA Flyweight world Champion! defeating Luis Padilla Villa, Padilla’s coroner halted the fight in int middle of round nine.
Perez was dominate from round one, it was his speed and angels that confused Padilla. Padilla said after the fight that Perez was the best fighter he has faced. That is a good compliment considering Padilla fought Golden Boy promoted Scrappy Ramirez in his last fight.
With his win, Perez is now 9-0, with 5 ko’s , Villa dropped to 16-6.
The Co Main event , The NM State Lightweight Championship is about to begin. Aaron ’Angel Baby’ Perez meets Rafael ’Guerrito’ Reyes for this 6 round banger.
Round One held back no punches from either corner proving this is no easy win for either champ. In Round 3 Perez draws first blood from Reyes. We are headed into round 4.
After a few back and forth rounds we head into the Final Championship round. Again Our Decision comes down to the score cards. This was a tough battle for both skilled fighters that fought all the way to the bell. Aaron ’Angel Baby’ Perez takes the win and is now the New Mexico State Lightweight Champion by a Unanimous Decision.
In the opening bout of the evening, Saul Gomez takes and the Win over Alejandro Moreno by TKO at 1:30 in the 3rd round. It was a Very busy fight but Gomez proved to be too much for Moreno.
In Bout 2 of the evening Leonid ‘ Baby Drago’ Grachev faces Juan Cardoza Puente. Baby Drago quickly takes advantage of the noticeable height difference.of thse hooks miss their target due to the footwork of Drago. height difference. In Fight 3 , Josh Rodriguez faces Deonte Smith. After a very close match up with a flurry of punches in the last round this match comes to decision. Josh Rodriguez takes the Unanimous Decision over Deonte Smith making his career improvement to 2-0.
Bout 4 brings back Jonathon ‘Pizza’ Abeyta to the ring here for Legacy Promotions. Brandon Heredia meets him in the ring with a record of 0-2 looking for his first Win. The 4th round brings a Majority Draw for these tough competitors.

Rodriguez definitely came for a fight. Cabral keeps up a steady pressure of attack and Rodriguez swiftly answers him back. We are headed into round 3. round 5 is full of uproars from the crowd as Cristian Cabral lands some major shots against Rodriguez. We are now in our final round, round 6. As Round 6 comes to a close we go to the scorecards. Decision is a Draw.
