Brian Mendoza stopped late substitute Jesus Rojas late Friday night in Juarez, Mexico.
Mendoza trying to stay busy with this tuneup, halted Villaba in the 4th round, raising his record to 23-4, while Jesus Rojas 12-10-2 .
Mendoza will hopefully soon get back in the title hunt at 154.
