Mendoza returns

Hard-hitting junior middleweight contender Brian Mendoza will return to the ring on March 28 when he faces unbeaten Cuban prospect Yoenis Tellez at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The bout is scheduled as part of the undercard to the main event featuring Sebastian Fundora and Keith Thurman.

Mendoza, known for his explosive knockout power, looks to reestablish himself among the top contenders in the competitive 154-pound division. The Las Vegas showdown presents a challenging matchup against the rising Tellez, who brings an undefeated record and growing momentum into the fight.
